The Bill Richardson Scholarship

    The criteria the recipient must have to obtain this scholarship shall be as follows: has 
    tirelessly dedicated his time to the fraternity, has the willingness to help others, has had a lasting 
    impact on the fraternity in a short time, and lastly is in good standing with the fraternity.

    In order to properly determine whether these criteria have been fulfilled please answer 
    the following questions. The questions can be answered in any way you deem appropriate, 
    including, but not limited to personal anecdotes about the nominated and lists of 
    accomplishments. This is not limited to their actions within the fraternity if the question does not 
    specify it.
